From the early days of my music career, names like Professor X, Doctor A, and Drew-EZ have been synonymous with my journey. Looking back, it’s clear how I became both an electrical and musical engineer, blending my passion for technology with my love for music.
Decades spent as a DJ laid the groundwork for my skills in recording, mixing, mastering, and producing music. This time not only sharpened my technical abilities but also deepened my understanding of how music resonates with people.
Working for a hi-fi manufacturer further refined my musical ear, developing my critical listening skills to a professional standard. This, combined with my father’s passion for embracing the cutting edge technology in our house hold, including early computers and mobile phones, shaped my future path.
In a twist of fate, I followed in my father’s footsteps, obtaining the same type of degree from the same school. Some skills were inherited, while others were cultivated through personal pursuit, all fueled by my unwavering love and passion for music.
